Outstanding customer service with everyone involved with my rental. I had never rented a large bin before. After trying to arrange this with a few other companies that never returned my messages, I contacted Bin There Dump That in Woodstock. They got back to me right away and helped me setup my rental. It was a simple process. Everyone was great to deal with through email and over the phone. I found all the staff very nowledgeable and friendly. They wanted to ensure that I ordered the right product for my job and answered all of my questions. The bin arrived early in the morning. Once we established where I wanted it placed (which you can do before delivery) the truck driver took extra care to protect my driveway. All I had to do was send a quick email to BTDT for pickup and the driver arrived again first thing in the morning to retrieve the bin. Both truck drivers were super friendly. A bit of theme here. Onething that also impressed me was not only did they protect my driveway on delivery, they swept the driveway after removing the bin to ensure it was clean and nothing was left behind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business to anyone and I found their pricing transparent and very fair. Thanks BTDT!

Great customer service with very fair pricing. I was amazed at how clean the rental bin was when it was delivered. The gentleman delivering the bin was very friendly and professional. I asked him about the damage the bin can cause on my driveway. He told me about their unique wooden boards that are designed to eliminate the bin from touching the driveway which removes the opportunity for damage. Bin There Dump That has really perfected this process!
